I'm curious as to which iPhone/ Android games are the most addictive. I think mobile games are generally more addictive seeing as you can play them anywhere. Personally I've spent hundreds of hours playing Doodle Jump and Angry Birds, what about you?

I became really addicted to Flappy Birds, right now I'm addicted to Subway Surfers and Pou (that's kind of a childish game, but also very fun to play).

The most addictive mobile game I've played is clash of clans. Although frustrating, I've consistently played the game every day for more than a year now, spending about 30 dollars on the game. It really sucks you in and it feels as if its a sport, some kind of commitment. It hasn't taken over my life yet i cant pull away from it. Such a fun game.

I become addicted really easily, so right now my vice is that Yes Chef game by halfbrick. I'm at level 40 and I SWEAR TO GOD I HATE THIS GAME. I can't seem to stop playing it for some reason though. Ughhh

I swear at one point I thought I would need some sort of Candy Crush support group. The game is so ridiculously addicting it's dangerous. I ended up getting super irritated at a level I just couldn't beat so I uninstalled and swore it off forever. Just writing about it makes me want to redownload it lol.

Are you one of my friends?? I swear there's not a day that goes by without me getting like 5-6 notifications from her asking for new lives

I couldn't put my phone down for the longest time when I bought Alter Ego and Oregon Trail. I'm a huge sucker for anything with player choice and variable storyline.

Oh jeez, and for Candy Crush Saga I'm so glad I didn't start to play them. I've known too many people who can't stop! It's kind of funny actually.

DOTS is probably the most addictive? I don't really get addicted to phone games, but I could always play DOTS for the longest stretches of time.

I've never tried that game before. What is it exactly? Is it like a fremium game?
Yup! It's free to download and free to play, but you can buy large amounts of power ups or boosters with irl money. You DO get points to buy power ups or boosters, with out spending real money, but you only get say 10 in a bundle with points when you can get 50 in a bundle with real money. I refuse to spend real money on free games though. ;)

Clash of Clans.

I used to be on that game almost 24/7, it really got bad at one point. I would spend way to much time on the game and realized it was a complete waste of time. Now I only log in once or twice a day for a few minutes.

I don't do a lot of phone gaming. I keep it simple like Farm Heroes. Although I did have Trivia Crack, and it was very addictive at first--but that didn't last long. I had many problems with that app. Everything from, the timer ending 5 seconds after the page loaded, often got irrelevant questions/answers, and my phone froze often while trying to play. So, I just stick to Farm Heroes. It can be addictive from time to time.

I used to play Temple Run and Bejeweled Blitz a lot. I tried Angry Birds a few times but never really could get into it. I sort of quite mobile games about a year ago. It felt like a real waste of time and I had a hard time playing them without feeling like a looser.

I find it difficult to play games that often period. I'm really busy and to just sit there playing a game feels like I'm just eating away that my time. I do enjoy console gaming on occasion but that's only when I visit my aunt which is a few times per year.

At the minute in very addicted to Deck Heroes (basically a cards game) and Boom Beach. These games are absolutely taking over my life, they are so time consuming and highly addictive.

Great question. My answer, simple, Flappy Bird. It's amazing how addictive that game was for me. When I first played it I never thought that I will spend so much time playing it and I'm so happy right now that I managed to stop playing it and with a great highscore.

I was never really into Angry Birds. There was one puzzle game, I don't know what it was called, where you had to move a cube along a maze-like platform made up of squares. One of the squares was a hole and when you got it there the cube sank down into it. I'm sure there are several variations of the game. There was also a bubble-popping game that I also found really addictive but can't remember what that was called either lol. I also find Redline Rush incredibly addictive.

80 Days. It's so easy to get sucked into a game... and just stay there! That game is seriously addictive. I started one game at 3 and the next thing I knew it was 5:30 and I was solving a murder mystery on an airboat in Hawaii.

The best games that really addict you are the one's with an interesting and progressive story. Stopping in the middle of them is like trying to stop in the middle of a movie. The only problem is that a game can be 30 hours while a movie is only 3. That's why games are so addicting because it's like having a 30 hour movie. It's all you'll want to do until you finish "watching" it.

Yeah, I get what you're saying here. In fact, your description reminded me of the game Heavy Rain which I played on the PS3. That game is basically made in the form of an interactive movie which you play. The story can unfold in various different ways depending on what choices and decisions you make in the game. It's a game that I actually really enjoyed, it really sucked me in. That's the other addictive part about such games, the interactive aspect of it all which ultimately means that you are in control.
